The story so far...

They say you can't teach an old dog new tricks. They also say you're never too old to learn. Admittedly, being set in your ways makes picking up a new hobby or skill challenging, but definitely not impossible. In my case, stepping out of my comfort zone is the biggest hurdle. Going on location as a self-proclaimed homebody is exactly that. Nevertheless, step by step, I have started to (re)explore and visit places I haven't been to in a long time, some not since my teenage years.

In the short time since I began, I discovered that portrait photography is something I genuinely enjoy and want to explore further. This adds the challenge of asking strangers if I can take their picture, which is quite ironic for someone who avoided having their own photo taken for decades. Either way, I shall persevere. The results will be shared on this website, which is another new skill I took on simply because I needed somewhere to place my photos and wanted to learn how it works. New photos will be added as and when I'm happy with the outcome, and feel free to let me know what you think. But be kind, I am just a novice.
